In a near-future society where dogs have been anthropomorphised and granted the ability to speak, a notorious dog penitentiary called "Canine Correctional Facility" has become the last hope for a world that has lost its way with its canine companions. The film follows the story of a charismatic and clever hound named Max, who finds himself wrongly imprisoned in this high-security facility for a crime he did not commit.
